Catering
The Resort offers:
· HB formula,
with room, breakfast and dinner;
· FB formula,
with room, breakfast, Mediterranean brunch and dinner;
Breakfast (buffet service 7.30-10.30
am):
- For guests of Ginepri at the main restaurant
“Nautilus”
from 07.30 to 10.30 am;
- For guests of Palme at the “Pomodoro”
restaurant
from 08.00 to 10.30 am;
- For guests of Rocce at the “Romantico”
restaurant
from 08.00 to 10.30 am;
- For the guests of Sabine (Deluxe and Suite)
at the “Il Leccio” restaurant from 08.00 to 10.30
pm;
- For the guests of Sabine (Deluxe Benessere)
at the "Il Fico D'India" restaurant or "Il Leccio" restaurant
from 08:00 to 10:30;;
- For guests of La Duna Bianca breakfast is served
in the room at no extra charge from 8.00 to 10.30 am or in any
of the other Restaurants as desired.
- From 07.30 to 08.00 am all guests can use the
restaurant that is open.

Dinner
(from 7.30 to 10.00 pm)
Le Dune offers a vast and appetising choice of food, meeting all tastes
and requirements, with choice of different restaurants (booking required
for all restaurants, except for the main one, “Nautilus”).
Spring water (from the hills of Tempio Pausania) and house wine included with meals (wine excluded at the restaurants “Il Romantico”, “Il Leccio and “Il Fico d’India”, at "Scorfano" restaurant bottled DOC wine included).

From 12.30 to 2.30 pm, a light buffet created with the pleasure of good cookery in mind: hot pasta dishes, Chef’s cold dishes based on cereals, legumes and vegetables in addition to a wide selection of salads, fruits and local cheese. The traditional second courses of meat and fish and dessert are not served.
On
request upon booking, gluten-free dishes will be arranged.
