A prestigious centre set out in a natural environment round imposing granite rocks, extending over an area of about 1600 m2 ,

• Four multifunction sea water swimming pools at different temperatures for the thalasso circuit;
• 13 stylish well-lighted booths for thalassotherapy treatments, massages and beauty treatments;
• Turkish bath, sauna, relaxation area, changing rooms with toilet facilities and gym.
  

Thalassotherapy consists of the wise, combined exploitation of the principle benefits contained in the marine environment; it has been scientifically proven that thalasso treatments, apart from being pleasant and relaxing, generate many positive effects both for body and mind.

Based on international protocols thalassotherapy is only authentic when these treatments take place in booths using heated, un-recycled sea water.
The Thalasso & SPA Centre of Valle Dell’Erica respects these protocols and implements its thalasso treatments in full respect of the severest international standards. It draws sea water of excellent quality for its pools and treatments, thanks to the uncontaminated sea of Sardinia and the currents of the Bonifacio Straits. Some treatments are enriched with essential oils from the aromatic herbs of Sardinia. The scent of these plants which grow wild at Valle Dell’Erica, mingled with the salty pure winds, will fill you with sweet memories and the wish to return to this fascinating corner of Sardinia.

A medical certificate is required guaranteeing an acceptable state of health for treatments and use of equipment. Alternatively, a medical examination on site (payable and by appointment) is possible. For ladies who are expecting a baby, specific packets are recommended which do not include certain treatments. Those under 18 are not allowed, except for children of 15 and over if accompanied by their parents or with written consent from the same.
