Service provided by transfer companies selected by Delphina Hotels & Resorts, with a bilingual call center (Italian/English), operating 24/7, 7 days a week.
The service is guaranteed if requested at least three days prior the transfer’s date, otherwise subject to availability.
You will receive, in due time, the transfer voucher as a confirmation. To be shown to the driver upon arrival, either in paper format or digitally. The service is not confirmed without the voucher.
In the case of multiple bookings travelling together, a voucher will be sent for each booking
At the airports, the driver will wait with a name sign in the arrivals hall. In Olbia aiport, exactly in front of the Delphina Welcome Desk.
Arrival pick-up time, unless otherwise specified, will be 30 minutes after landing time. Contact the transfer company in case of delays due to disembarkation operations or a lost luggage.
Departure pick-up time will be confirmed by the hotel reception. It is determined by the transfer company considering airport regulations regarding check-in procedures, flight type, traffic conditions and possible congestion delays, with flexibility in case of unforeseen events (such as flat tires or road closures due to accidents, fires, etc.).
Maximum punctuality is recommended for both ways. Being a fixed fare, in case of delays longer than 15 minutes, the transfer company does not guarantee the service and might charge it in full.
It is your responsibility to verify all the data on the transfer voucher and communicate any discrepancies. By failing to report changes, the transfer company reserves the right to fully charge for the service.
On the day of the service, in case of delays or unexpected events that might compromise the scheduled pick-up time, immediately contact the transfer company so as to change the time without penalty. On arrival, at least one hour before flight departure.
Guests enjoying of the special offer for transfers, will have to pay the full amount during the first transfer.
Cancellation fees referring to the cost of the transfer:
- For cancellations received up to 8 days prior to service no penalty fee;
- from 7 to 4 days before the service 10% penalty;
- from 3 to 1 day before the service 50% penalty;
- for later cancellations and no show 100% penalty.
